How your values influence your behaviour
The UX Coach is launching it's first online course
Values are a set of beliefs that guide our behaviour.
They are the foundation for our decisions and actions, and help us to make sense of the world around us. Values shape how we spend our time, what we think is important, and why we do things.
Understanding your values is a key part of personal development because it helps you to understand why you behave in certain ways, what is important to you, and how your behaviour affects other people in your life. This can help you to make better decisions about careers or relationships.
When you are aware of what you value in life, it becomes easier for you to make decisions that align with those values. This way, you will be able to live a happy life that reflects who you are as an individual.
Understanding your values with UX Coaching™
This spring, I’m launching my debut self guided coaching to share with you how to use design thinking, and design games to explore who you are, get in touch with your values and learn more about what’s really going on for you at work, or home.
This course is designed for solo explorers. Self guided, with videos, some reading materials and exercise templates you can keep forever and use over and over again.
As this is the first time the course will be available, the price is crazy good, and the first 10 people to sign up with get 2 free 1 hour coaching sessions and give feedback on their experiences which will help more people in the future.
